Boys are born whole, attuned to themselves and others, but then, as early as five, they learn to trade pieces of their humanity for social currency, leading to many of the problems making headlines today.

Build Up Boys (BUB) works upstream of those problems by equipping young boys with the skills they need to retain their innate emotional intelligence.

We’ve reached nearly 500 boys, including at South Mountain YMCA’s Beyond the Bell, at Seth Boyden Elementary School, and at the Boys and Girls Club of Newark.

Join us on November 15! Meet our founder, our program director, the mother of a son who went through our program, and people - like you - who care about creating a better boyhood for a safer world.

Because the men we want in the world aren’t men we have to construct from nothing. They are boys we have not dismantled.
